Service Provision & Availability

Payment Terms & Billing
All internet service charges are payable on the date indicated in your billing statement:
- Monthly Billing: Charges billed in advance on a monthly basis.

- Late Payments: $10 late fee applied after 15 days, service suspension after 30 days.
- Taxes & Fees: Applicable federal, state, and local taxes added to monthly bill.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our internet services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal file sharing, copyright infringement, or piracy.
- Sending spam, phishing emails, or malicious content.
- Hacking, network intrusion, or security breaches.
- Excessive bandwidth usage that degrades network performance for other users.
- Hosting illegal content or operating unauthorized servers.
Contract Duration & Cancellation
Service contracts and cancellation policies:
- Month-to-Month: No long-term commitment, cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
- Annual Contracts: Discounted rates with 12-month commitment.
- Early Termination: Cancellation fees may apply for contract plans.
- Final Bill: Prorated charges and equipment return required.
